We are a LiveScan provider for fingerprints. Everything is submitted electronically. There will not be any hard copies of the fingerprints.
Fingerprints are by appointment only. Only the client will be permitted to attend the appointment. Please make arrangements for childcare.
Please bring:
- Your valid driver’s license
- Your ORI Number (organization identifier number)
If the ORI Number is not included in your paperwork, please obtain it prior to the appointment by calling the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations at 850-487-1395.
Fees
- Fingerprints only: $100
- Fingerprints with a photo: $125
Methods of payment accepted are Master Card, Visa, personal check on the clients account, and/or cash.
