The Walton Community Health Center (WCHC) is a Florida Department of Health location that is federally qualified health center in Walton County, Florida. WCHC offers services to in-state and out-of-state residents, and provides evidence-based health care to men, women, and children.
We provide our patients with conveniences such as same day appointments, extended clinic hours, care coordination services, prescription drug assistance, and health insurance enrollment assistance.
Professional and affordable health care services are available to men, women and children of all income levels. We use a sliding scale to determine fees for services. Eligible clients will pay a reduced cost in relation to their income. Medicaid, Medicare and other insurances are accepted. Proof of income is required.
