Healthy Walton Worksites is an initiative of the Walton Community Health Improvement Partnership (WCHIP) to increase healthy behaviors among business and employers in Walton County. Healthy Walton Worksites gives employers the resources and tools needed (such as sample policies and wellness activities) to foster health as part of the culture of the work environment.

 

Interested in becoming a Healthy Walton Worksite?

Becoming a Healthy Walton Worksite is easy! The program is developed to be feasible for all employers. Sample health promotion policies and activities are scalable to all employer types and staff size.

There are three distinguished awards that an employer can receive based on the level of health promotion:



  • Gold Award
  • Platinum Award
  • Diamond Award

This award is for employers, that complete at least (1) health promotion activity or previously implemented a health promotion policy or implement a new health promotion policy.

This award is for employers that complete at least (1) health promotion activity and implement a new health promotion policy.

platinum award

This award is for employers that complete at least (1) health promotion activity and implement a new health promotion policy and complete the CDC Worksite Health ScoreCard.
