A variety of clinical services are provided by the Florida Department of Health in Walton County (DOH-Walton) and the Walton Community Health Center (WCHC). The WCHC is a federally qualified health center in Walton County, Florida that provides evidence-based health care.

Our primary care clinics provide a medical home offering preventative, acute, and chronic care for illnesses.

Services include same-day appointments, extended clinic hours, care coordination services, prescription drug assistance and health insurance enrollment assistance, and more.

Insurance

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and various insurances. We use a sliding scale to determine fees for services. A sliding fee scale helps to make our services more affordable. Eligible clients will pay a reduced cost in relation to their income. Proof of income is required.

To participate in our Primary Care Program, a financial interview is needed.
