The Walton Community Health Center (WCHC) is a federally qualified health center in Walton County, Florida that provides evidence-based health care to men, women, and children. WCHC offers services to in-state and out-of-state residents. 

When you want a doctor’s office that you are comfortable visiting, choose the Walton Community Health Center. We provide our patients with conveniences such as same day appointments, extended clinic hours, care coordination services, prescription drug assistance, and health insurance enrollment assistance. 

No Insurance?  No Worries!

Professional and affordable health care services are available to men, women and children of all income levels. We use a sliding scale to determine fees for services. Eligible clients will pay a reduced cost in relation to their income. Medicaid, Medicare and other insurances are accepted. Proof of income is required.

Important Notice to Our Clients

October 12, 2012 the Walton County Health Department medical and dental clinics began services as the Walton Community Health Center.  There is a $15 nominal fee for *medical, $50 nominal fee for dental and $10 nominal fee for behavioral health office visits unless you have insurance.

* Family Planning and Immunization clinics are excluded from the nominal fee.
