DeFuniak Springs, Fla. — The Florida Department of Health in Walton County (DOH-Walton) will temporarily close the Paxton Clinic at 21505 US Highway 331 North, Laurel Hill, FL 32567, beginning Monday, September 22, 2025. This location will be closed until further notice in preparation for moving to the new clinic building.

While this location is closed, clients can be seen at the DeFuniak Springs Clinic at 362 State Highway 83, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32433. Please call 850-892-8015 to make an appointment.
