Every three years, the Walton Community Health Improvement Partnership (WCHIP) conducts a Community Health Survey to find out what we need to make our county healthier. This short, anonymous survey will allow us to develop a deeper understanding of issues that relate to your thoughts on quality of life, availability of services, physical and mental health, among others.
This information will be used by community service providers, government agencies, hospitals, and first responders. Share your feedback and help us improve the health of our community together!
