FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH IN WALTON COUNTY UPDATES CLINICS AND SERVICES SUSPENDED DATES

DeFuniak Springs, FL –Due to the storm impact from Hurricane Sally, Walton County buildings will remain closed tomorrow, September 17, and Friday, September 18, 2020. All offices of the Florida Department of Health in Walton County (FDOH-Walton) will be closed during this period. FDOH-Walton offices are currently scheduled to reopen on Monday, September 21, 2020 at their regular time.

  • All DOH-Walton clinics, and other servicesprovided by DOH-Walton, remain suspended on Thursday September 17, and Friday September 18, 2020. Clients with appointments scheduled for September 16th, 17th or 18th,  2020, may call 850-892-8015 on Monday, September 21, 2020, to reschedule their appointment.
