FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH IN WALTON CLOSED Health Department Closing: August 16, 2021

DeFuniak Springs, Fla.— The Florida Department of Health in Walton County (FDOH-Walton) will be closed August 16, 2021 due to Tropical Storm Fred.  We will continue to monitor Tropical Storm Fred and adjust our hours of operation as necessary.

At this time, Walton County is not under an Evacuation Orders and no shelters are open. Walton County Administration and the Walton County Emergency Management Department will continue to assess the situation and will make any decisions regarding any potential closures for Tuesday, August 17 at a later time.
